Season 1, Ep. #3. Nicolas Rousselet, Founder of Kallion and consultant: Take the time
A year and a half ago, I had the pleasure of welcoming Nicolas.
After a brilliant career that ended up pushing him to his limits, Nicolas had just become a father twice: to little Timothée, and to his own laboratory consulting company, Kallion.
As a father, how did he experience his partner's pregnancy and childbirth? Why did he decide to become an entrepreneur and found his own company when his son was born? How did he and his partner approach this new chapter?
In this episode, Nicolas shares his thoughts on our relationship with time, his time management between his family and his company, and gives us some great nuggets.
